Casino Guests Are Valuable Asset

Casinos would not exist and casino employees would not have jobs if there were no such thing as customers.  That makes every casino customer very valuable.  Remember, the guests are the ones who actually pay employees’ salaries, which makes them extremely valuable.  Employees should treat guests as if they were the boss or a best friend because they’re valuable to the property and, ultimately, to the casino’s success.
