Don’t Fall for Old Competitive Traps
 
Stop-gap solutions are just old traps when it comes to competing effectively in the fierce casino market. While looking for ways to compete in the gaming industry, casinos should avoid short-term, stop-gap solutions. Those old traps include blowing the marketing budget to “rent” a few customers for awhile, going to double or triple points, increasing the buffet offering and reducing prices, and giving rooms away so people will stay in the hotel.
