Retention of Employee Advocates Can Help Reduce Turnover Rates

Retention of employee advocates is critical to reducing employee turnover at casinos.

Employee advocates are not likely to quit their jobs.  They are so happy at the casino that, of their own free will, they encourage people to play there and recommend the property to friends as a great place to work.  Thus, retention of these important staff members will keep sufficient numbers and types of employees at the property to increase the organization’s effectiveness, support growth and encourage the development of additional employee advocates.
