Train Managers to Reduce Turnover
Casino managers hold most of the keys to keeping employees on the job and reducing turnover, but many of them do not have the skills to do that. The gaming industry has been growing so rapidly that many of the people in critical management positions have little or no management experience. Most have not had any formal training on how to nurture and manage employees and reduce employee turnover. Thus, training of supervisors and managers may be a relatively inexpensive method for reducing turnover.
